Shipping & delivery
How long does shipping take?
Most of what we make is printed to order, so there are two stages. Production takes approximately 2–7 business days, then delivery to Canada and the United States usually takes a further 7–14 business days. In practice, most orders land within two to three weeks of ordering.
Where do you ship from, and where do you ship to?
Orders are produced and shipped from print partners in North America, which keeps delivery times and duties reasonable for Canadian and US customers. International availability and timing vary by product and destination — the shipping options shown at checkout are the authoritative list for your address.
How do I track my order?
You will get a shipment confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves the facility. Allow up to 48 hours for the carrier to register the first scan, so a quiet tracking number on day one is normal. You can also check status any time on our Track Your Order page.
Why did my order arrive in separate packages?
If you order across product lines, items may be produced by different partners or facilities. They ship independently, so they can arrive on different days. Nothing is missing — the rest is on its way.
Sizing & fit
What size should I order?
Our apparel is cut unisex and true to size. For a classic fit, order your normal size. For a relaxed, oversized look, size up one. If you want a fitted look on a tee, size down one. Most tee designs run XS–5XL; hoodies and joggers typically run S–3XL. See our size guide for measurements.
Do the shirts shrink?
Pre-shrunk ring-spun cotton will move a little on a first hot wash. Wash cold and hang dry and you will keep both the fit and the print.
Returns & changes
What is your return policy?
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Email Hello@ThyKingdom.Network with your order number and reason, and we will send return instructions. Please do not ship anything back before it is authorised. Unless an item is defective, damaged or incorrect, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
My item arrived damaged or incorrect. What now?
Inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos. Damaged, defective and incorrect items are on us — we will evaluate and make it right.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as fast as you can. Because items are made to order, production can begin quickly, and once printing has started an order cannot be changed or cancelled. Made-to-order items are also not eligible for standard change-of-mind returns.
Products & care
What are your products made from?
Tees are soft combed ring-spun cotton. Hoodies and joggers use a brushed cotton-polyester fleece with a soft interior. Headwear is structured with an adjustable closure to fit most. Exact composition is listed on each product page.
How do I care for printed apparel so it lasts?
Wash cold, inside out, with like colours. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not iron directly on the print. Skip bleach and fabric softener. Done this way, a good print outlasts the shirt.
Why print on demand instead of holding stock?
Because it means nothing gets made that nobody wanted. The fashion industry destroys an enormous amount of unsold inventory every year, and we would rather not add to it. It also lets us offer sizes XS–5XL on most designs instead of only the profitable middle of the range.

Where does the money go?
ThyKingdom.Shop is the storefront for the Thy Kingdom Network, and several lines fund specific work directly. Love on Hamilton supports street outreach and feeding in Hamilton, Ontario.
