Size Guide - How Our Apparel Fits

Our apparel is cut unisex, so there is one chart for everyone. Here is how to land the right size first time.

The 30-second method

Do not measure your body — measure a shirt you already love. Lay it flat, smooth out the wrinkles, and measure straight across from armpit to armpit. That number is your chest width. Match it to the chart below and you will get the same fit you already know you like.

Typical unisex tee sizing

Measured flat, armpit to armpit, in inches. These are approximate for our standard unisex tee — the chart on each product page is authoritative, since styles and blanks vary slightly.

Size Chest width (flat) Roughly fits chest
XS 16½" 31–33"
S 18" 34–36"
M 20" 38–40"
L 22" 42–44"
XL 24" 46–48"
2XL 26" 50–52"
3XL 28" 54–56"

Which fit do you want?

Our standard tee is described by the manufacturer as form-fitting, which is worth knowing before you order.

  • Classic, true-to-size fit — order your normal size.
  • Relaxed or oversized — size up one. This is what most people want from a statement tee, and what we would recommend if you are unsure.
  • Fitted look — stay true to size, or size down one if you are between sizes.
  • Between two sizes? Size up. It is the more forgiving mistake.

Hoodies and joggers

Hoodies are cut roomy by design, with a double-lined hood and set-in sleeves — order your normal size and expect a generous fit, or size down if you want it closer to the body. Joggers run true to size with an elastic drawcord waist, so your usual size is right.

Headwear

Caps and trucker hats are one size fits most with an adjustable snapback or closure. Beanies stretch to fit.

Fabric and shrinkage

Our tees are 4.3 oz combed ring-spun cotton, pre-shrunk (heather colours are a 90/10 cotton-poly blend). Pre-shrunk cotton still moves a little on a first hot wash. Wash cold and hang dry and the fit stays where you bought it.
